Welcome to Insight Labyrinth!
Mission Statement:
My intention is to strengthen and nurture a quiet revolution that is happening globally, by way of increasing awareness of and access to the labyrinth as a powerful tool for emotional health and wellbeing for all; for individuals, groups, organizations and whole communities.

Insight Labyrinth
The most effective training/workshops combine experiential methods with the development of insight. The labyrinth is a tool for transformation because it enhances insight. Our insight serves as a natural link between thoughts, feelings, situations and our state of mind. It amplifies our self-awareness (the cornerstone of emotional literacy) and often prepares the way for meaningful behaviour change.
I have created/facilitated many labyrinths since 1997 and have had the privilege of witnessing people of all ages and circumstances 'walk their path'. The labyrinth is an ancient and effective tool for cohesion and transformation in communities. This walking meditation 'stills' the chattering mind to enable better access to our inherent wisdom and innate health. This simple change in our 'state of mind' means we are naturally more open to receiving insights about how to transform areas of our lives that may feel 'stuck' in some way.
Labyrinths and Emotional Health & Wellbeing
When a labyrinth walk is facilitated alongside specific emotional health workshops the opportunity for insight and empowerment is amplified! Not only because we create a space that is inclusive and respectful - where there is time to breathe and really get a sense of where we are on our own journey through life - but also because going through this process as a group fosters a much deeper sense of connection, participation, community and wellbeing.
The labyrinth is a timeless and powerful symbol, as relevant to us now as it was to our Ancestors 4000 years ago. It speaks to our collective unconscious mind and this must account for the sense of re-cognition that many experience when walking the labyrinth for the first time...
